MILA TONE is a low-impact, full-body sculpt class designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen the female body through controlled, intentional movement.

It blends:

Aerial silks is a strength-based movement practice using suspended fabric to climb, invert, and flow through poses. It builds core strength, flexibility, and control while blending fitness with graceful, performance-based artistry

Aerial hoop (lyra) is a suspended steel ring used to perform strength-based poses, spins, and transitions. It builds core, upper body strength, flexibility, and control while blending fitness with elegant, acrobatic movement.
